The article posted in #1 sounds like it could have been written by the same people who wrote the one you posted! You know, you're right...the focus of the two articles is different, but in the bodies, it's the same information, in the same order, just reworded. Almost like someone rewrote last year's article to make a different point.
It sure is a good point though.
There were references to the Washington Times piece, as we stated so, of course, there are similiarties.
