We have, practically speaking, no Border controls. What's to stop FARC from learning from Bin Laden? Chaos is their friend; the new style of racial politcs in America favors them.

You can bet that down on the list that our President has on these jerks, this fellow and his followers are gonna meet their maker soon.

The New york Times of September 11 reported that Colin Powell had blacklisted the anti-FARC guerillas (the AUC) led by Carlos Castano. I think it's time for Secretary of State Powell to remove them from the list and drop the leash.
Besides, the FARC also is running drugs. Castano takes drug money, but only because he wants to leave honest people out of this fight. He's 100% on our side, and we ought to back him to the hilt.

In my two visits to Colombia this year - I met a number of special forces-looking types who were very vague about what they were doing down there. I also talked to an ex-special forces medic. He gave me a good rundown on how much the US knew about FARC, the surveillance technologies involved and the intense cooperation between the US and Colombia. I do not understand why we are not WHOMPING their asses right now. The rebels do NOT have the support of the populace, they don't have a Ho Chi Minh trail feeding arms from China and Russia, and they have a measly 17,000 goobers in the jungle.
I suspect the real problem is the so-called "Human-Rights" idiots, as usual, who are blind to the atrocities of Leftist movements, while whining and pining over killings of guerrillas as civilians. And they must be civilians, since they don't wear have rank, serial number and unit stitched onto their clothing. (Sarcasm/off)

Let's see now. Islamic thugs, join with Columbian thugs, who join with Mexican thugs.

It's about time everybody started choosing sides. GWB's challenge to be with us or with the terrorists was a stroke of genius.

A Colombian guerrilla leader has spoken of a plan to attack U.S. interests both here and in the United States...Bring it on, Jorge.

Does this have anything to do with "Villalobos"? On FOX last night they kept posting that Villalobos helped the hijack from Maryland get a Virginia Drivers license! Villalobos lives in Virginia! They never gave any details.
