There was a period during the 2000 campaign when rumour had it that Nader was becoming discouraged, and was considering withdrawl of his candidacy. I contributed $25.00 to his campaign along with a saccharin sweet e-mail wishing I only had more to give, and how he just HAD to stay in, because so many of us needed him. In retrospect, probably the best return on any $25 buck investment in my life...
