I'll give people the ability to customize the style sheet, they'll be able to use anything they want.

Will you teach us how to do it?

Sure - here is the shotgun tag closer, originally contributed by Lazamataz, I believe

</table></table></table> </blockquote></blockquote></blockquote> </ul></ul></ul> </ol></ol></ol> </font></font></font></font></font></font></font></font> </b></b></b> </strong></strong></strong> </small></small></small> </center></center></center> </u></u></u> </h1></h2></h3></h4></h5></h6></h7></h8></h9></h10> </h1></h2></h3></h4></h5></h6></h7></h8></h9></h10> </h1></h2></h3></h4></h5></h6></h7></h8></h9></h10> </div></div></div> </em></em></em> </big></big></big> </tt></tt></tt> </span></span></span></span></span> </marquee></marquee></marquee></marquee> </marquee up></marquee up></marquee up></marquee up> </basefont></basefont></basefont>

Not that it's needed here anymore!

The old font is back.

No it isn't. Maybe just on your screen!

Jim, there are those of us who have been playing with fonts and colors for a while. Well, I shouldn't say that, as I am new here. However, I noticed you allow a lot of freedom in fonts and colors..so, I get the hex value for color, and insert it when I am playing with fonts.

Wow! I wish I had known that before. I can only close one tag at a time! Thanks. You never can tell when you might need it.

How come KC and Steve have their old font back and I still have the new one? How does this work?

I like the font you used to type those words. What is it?

What happened to the fonts around here? Seems when I look at responses, things are blockquoted and in an odd font.

Just checking here.

Bold this -- Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. With Italic here -- Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

And the rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain... yo... The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain. The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain.

And back to the normal paragraph, I hope. Hey, hey, hey... how's this.

Two questions; what browser are you using and how does it handle web-page-specified fonts?

Internet Explorer, and I haven't the foggiest notion about the second part of your question. I'm anxious to learn, however.

"If it ain't broke, don't screw with it."

Double Ditto, Scuttlebutt.

John, some of us find this font too SMALL -
and if I put VIEW on Large, it is TOO large!!

Both are uncomfortable...

I don't like it.

I guess I'm just used to seeing the text un-blockquoted. I still don't like it.

I really don't like what happens if I use my own blockquote. Doesn't have as much dignity as simply setting it apart by width.
