What happens when I click "Delete Files"? What gets deleted? Do all of my "favorite pages" get zapped?

No, it simply deletes the temporary files that IE stores to make page loading easier.

One thing I forgot about IE 6, it'll ask you if you want to also delete all content stored on your drive. Leave that box unchecked.
