Interesting ideas, but I'm afraid some of these guys will have to be captured for information. It's not just the immediate followers of OBL that we're after. Hopefully we can do that without going into the caves, but maybe not.

I predict that eventually we will become very adept at dealing with those tunnels. Gasoline down air vents followed by a little willie peter can do some amzing things enclosed underground. Then the tunnel rats go crawling in to finish off any survivors. It isn't pretty or flahy no great TV pics but it does the job.

Actually the finest way to get rid of an anthill ever devised is the use of mass quantities of 20 Mule Team Borax, or Borateam. The little bastards find it delicious, and deadly. After a few weeks, the ant hill will sink from lack of maintenance.
