The only thing the enemy needs to take away from any encounter with US is that we are terrible in our anger. We have to be horrifying. Brutal. Barbaric. And we must leave one of the begging-for-his-life bastards alive to tell what happened. The message must be clear: Nothing Allah promises can make up for dying this way.
I keep hearing, on radio and TV, "Afghan experts" who insist that the Afghans have no equal in all the world when it comes to fighting and persevering and inflicting punishment. Wake up and smell the stench and fear of death delivered by real warriors, you deluded fools. We may be slow to get mad, but when it happens, as it has now...pray Allah comes before we do.
When we are through we will come home and drink lemonade and play with our children. And we won't need to talk about what we have done; the tongues of the world can wag about it forever. We are a sleeping giant, but we are a giant.
