It would depend on whether or not Starr agreed to exempt the diaries -- which is almost too incredible to imagine.

Obstruction of justice is a federal felony. I say prosecute the SOB .... make him cry painful tears of remorse on national television. Booohooo. Then prosecute him .... throw him into prison .... then disbar this SOB permanently.

Then prosecute all of his lawyers for obstruction of justice.

They can all hang out in their federal cells and play Monica games with each other.
