If your intent is to spread chemical agents, then the only thing you'll accomplish with your Cessina and your garden sprayer is to get yourself killed. You'll not even complete filling the sprayer before you're dead.

You'll live longer if the intent is to spread biowar agents. But the likelihood is that you will not accomplish any more than the cult that tried that in Japan. Two attempts at bio attack and zero results.

Chem/bio is not for amateurs. Quite frankly, if it worked as well as some claim then it would have been used.
