Why is this a surprise...hell the Clinton's knew about it in 1996 and had specific knowledge that an airliner would be flown into the Pentagon.

Are there any polls out there surveying how many people hold Clinton responsible (and to what extent) for the terrorist danger that we have experienced and will continue to deal with in the future?

Actually, I was kinda thinkin' Clinton may have even hoped this would happen on his watch - Can you imagine - it makes me even more ill just to think about it. Clinton wanted it to happen on his watch so he could declare martial law and suspend the government. He had Janet Reno in charge of everything - He would have done it too - there is no doubt in my mind. I also think this is why he's having such a difficult time with this - he really wishes he was President - because this could have meant HE COULD HAVE BEEN "KING" FOREVER!!!
