Okay, I'm showing my age here, but does anyone remember a comedian named Frank Nelson? He was a regular on Jack Benny's classic sitcom, "The Jack Benny Show".
No matter where Jack went - a bus station, restaurant, department store, etc. He would always run into Frank Nelson, who would procede to torment Benny with his sarcastic remarks.
Perhaps this guy is Frank Nelson's grandson?
Is Frank Nelson the one with the real nasally voice, the bushy mustache, and the "Well, excuuuuuuuuuuse meeeeeee"?
