Another time in our Nation's past, also faced with great uncertainty, was written the following song. Although this was written during the war between the states, it still brings me comfort to this day, as stated in II Corinthians 5:16..."the inward man/woman is renewed day by day."

"Be not Afraid (I go before you always"

That just reminded me of a wonderful scripture which I have been speaking for several weeks now.

Isaiah 41:10 - Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.

In order to make that promise a reality in your life, you can speak it this way: I will not fear, for You are with me; I will not be afraid, for You are my God; You will strengthen me, You will help me, You will uphold me with Your victorious right hand.

This will give you a peace that passes all understanding.
