Clinton's Possible Anthrax Connection
Clinton Chronicles by Citizens for Honest Government ^ | [Mostly direct transcript. Lightly commented on by poster in brackets]

Posted on 10/16/2001 5:06:51 PM PDT by Arthur Wildfire! March

NARRATOR: ...ARKANSAS STATE POLICE INVESTIGATOR RUSSELL WELCH NEARLY DIED AFTER BEING POISONED WITH MILITARY GRADE ANTHRAX, A POISON AVAILABLE ONLY THROUGH THE U.S. GOVERNMENT...

[Understanding who Russell Welch is, here are the statements he made in the Clinton Chronicles.]

RUSSELL WELCH (Arkansas State Police Investigator in charge of Mena investigation): In 1983, I was made aware that Sheriff Hadaway and one of his auxiliary deputies, Terry Capehart, were investigating a smuggling operation going on at the Mena Airport. They had an inside source of information.

RUSSELL WELCH: He [Barry Seal] said 1983 was his most profitable cocaine smuggling period ever. He said that the airplanes that he had placed at the Mena Airport, there were four of them, a couple of Senecas, a couple of Panthers, and one or two stragglers here and there, different airplanes, he said they were purchased solely for the purpose of cocaine smuggling.

RUSSELL WELCH: A certain degree of money laundering had taken place among these people that were associated with Barry Seale.

RUSSELL WELCH: They had special cargo doors installed on the side without FAA permission so that these doors could be opened in flight. They would pull in, slide back and cocaine could be dropped out of the side in flight.

[Much later in video...]

RUSSELL WELCH: We'd been so busy investigating, just concentrating, focusing, that it took a while to register that nothing was going to happen.

RUSSELL WELCH: After Winston took office, Bill told me that he was no longer allowed to discuss the Mena airport investigation from the attorney general's office.

[Also in Clinton Chronicles...]

Oh btw... I checked Clinton's presidential web site and found out that Clinton said in one of his own speeches that 4 of the 5 slain ATF agents in Waco were former Clinton body guards. Clinton said HE thought it was odd. But you guys don't think it's odd. You disagree with Clinton? Oh but it isn't odd. Just another coincidence. Oh. And it wasn't a lie,was it?

Digging up Watergate now? LOL. If I'm not mistaken, it was Republicans that got Nixon to step down. Perhaps Nixon should have rummaged through FBI files the way Craig Livingson and Kennedy did.

...so long as the people who want it so desperately pay for it out of their pockets...

Good idea. I'm sure that could be arranged. But democrats should pay for all the investigation costs that Clinton put us thorugh with his coverups.

BTW, if Clinton was so innocent when he sold nuclear missile technology to China, why did Waxman see a need to send out 'take the fifth' kits? Perhaps Waxman should pay for some of the wasted investigation time that resulted from that manuever. He cost us millions with that tactic.

And the DNC ought to pay the US govt a few hundred billion for all that lost technology. To regain our edge in militarty technology, it could cost us a trillion dollars, easy.

There is not a SINGLE accusation of malfeasance on Clinton's part in his entire public life that can be proved...

LOL, this reminds me of a statement clintoon once made concerning bribery. "No one can PROVE that i (clintoon) ever made any decision SOLELY on the basis of campaign contributions."

Its curious that you defend clintoon the same way the taliban defend bin laden.

The reason Clinton didn't go to jail is because he was investigated and found innocent

Now, you have my interest. In what court was he found innocent and to what charge?

I seem to recall his being involved in one court action during which he committed a criminal act. This ultimately led to his being the first sitting president to be impeached. Hardly a judgement of innocence.

Now, go hump your BC blow-up doll; it'll be less stressful (just make sure it's wearing a condom!).

After that, I'll show them a film of another meaningless day in the offices of Larry Klayman - we'll call it a double feature embarrassment.

I dare you, I double dare you, I triple dare you, to make a video slamming conservatives the way the Clinton Chronicles were made. But the people making the claims must be named, just like in the Clinton Chronicles.

Go for it. Don't make it a fiction piece. Make it a genuine chronicle. Mail a copy to JimRob and another to Judicial Watch. Make my day! [And you make my point. Checkmate.]

I accuse clinton of degrading the office of the Presidency. I accuse clinton of lying for SEVEN LONG MONTHS causing the Starr investigation spend OUR MONEY, when any DECENT president would have COOPERATED with the IC assigned by his OWN DOJ attorney general, and accuse him of getting others NOT TO COOPERATE (Monica, Linda etc etc) and I accuse him of trying to FOIL a UNITED STATES INVESTIGATION, of PERJURY before a court of law (when he TOOK an OATH of office on the BIBLE to defend our laws) and I accuse him of never coming forward and EXPLAINING why an EXTRAORDINARY NUMBER of his associates have committed quote 'suicide' (oh sure) when their deaths stood to BENEFIT that horrible pig of a man. I accuse bill clinton of treason (his deal to move vetting of extraordinary mirv technology - missile guidance system - from our Dept of Defense to the OH GAG ME ------->>>>COMMERCE DEPT, thereby granting China HUGE JUMPS in military prowess (and all for MONEY!) and I accuse him of trashing innocent human beings like billy dale to HELP HIMSELF and I accuse him of screwing our nation every chance he had, like NOT going after bin laden when he was found in November just before clinton left office, and lastly, I accuse him of being a freak with no conscience. His legacy is the TERRORISM we all now face.

IMHO--if there was this anthrax case (of Mr Welch) in the 80's, and he nearly died, then we MUST investigate if the anthrax WAS military grade, how it was received, who delivered it, if billy klinton was involved (since he stood to benefit from Mr Welch's death-just like he benefited from EVERY SINGLE DEATH LISTED ABOVE - lots of plane wrecks and suicides, almost too many to choke back) and where the store house of this anthrax is.....this is pretty awful, if true.

The Supreme Court disbarred him. But what do they know? Oh and Arkansas suspended his law license. But what do they know? And a judge fined him. But what does she know? Clinton is still innocent. A sweet guy. So what if he signed off to selling tainted blood to Canada causing the deaths of thousands? How dare people bring up such a thing! People keep accusing him of things, the poor guy. Just because he got multiple, red-flagged warnings from the Feds, that prison blood would kill people, that's no reason to accuse him of anything. And just because the feds shut down the tainted blood operation every year and he gets it going again to help a buddy make some money, what's wrong with that? People keep picking on him. It's just about sex. Stay out of his bedroom.

Being that manufactured anthrax is being used today, this merits an investigation. Someone needs to contact Russell Welch.

LOL. I guess I'm getting jaded, having studied Clinton after all these years, I'm getting a little numb to evil. Such as that little footnote about Jerry Luther Parks. He predicted that the Clinton team would kill him a few months before his death. He told his wife and son when he heard about Foster's alleged suicide. And then, right at the time he was shot, his papers were burglarised.

After studying all this, I know Clinton's people are capable of anything, even pardoning bomb terrorists. The only thing that shocks me is the man's audacity to pardon bomb terrrorists when so many of his followers were counting on him to keep a mask on his face.

TY for the kind words in that early post. Welch might not have gotten anthrax from an envelope. Might have been a spray can.

Also laid out is information that Clinton might well be willing to allow thousands of innocents to die for selfish reasons, such as the tainted blood scandal.

We also have a lot of repsonses that Clinton is accused of too many things. LOL. I wonder why that is? We don't accuse Jimmy Carter of many things. Or Johnson. This is the first democratic president I know of to be implicated in dozens of crimes. I guess there is so much support invested in Clinton. The lemming ran to the cliff so fast, they need to jump to the next cliff or die. A pretty wide gap between those cliffs.

The harbour dude would agree to a congressional hearing about Russell Welch if we pay for it ourselves. Of course, the US tax payer would have to shell out about a trillion bucks to restore our technology edge in the defense department, wouldn't you say? Who should be paying for what?

AWM, don't ya just love the 'net!

Arkansas State Police investigator Russell Welch, who has been working with IRS investigator Bill Duncan on drug running and money laundering at Mena, develops pneumonia-like symptoms. The Washington Weekly described the incident in 1996: "On the weekend of September 21, 1991, Arkansas State Police Investigator Russell Welch met with IRS Investigator Bill Duncan to write a report on their investigation of Mena drug smuggling and money laundering and send it to Iran-Contra prosecutor Lawrence Walsh.. Returning to Mena on Sunday, Welch told his wife that he didn't feel too well. He thought he had gotten the flu . . . In Fort Smith a team of doctors were waiting. Dr. Calleton had called them twice while Welch was in transport and they had been in contact with the CDC. Later the doctor would tell Welch's wife that he was on the edge of death. He would not have made it through the night had he not been in the hospital. He was having fever seizures by now. A couple of days after Welch had been admitted to St. Edwards Mercy Hospital, his doctor was wheeling him to one of the labs for testing when she asked him if he was doing anything at work that was particularly dangerous. He told her that he had been a cop for about 15 years and that danger was probably inherent with the job description. She told Welch that they believed he had anthrax. She said the anthrax was the military kind that is used as an agent of biological warfare and that it was induced. Somebody had deliberately infected him. She added that they had many more tests to run but they had already started treating him for anthrax.

Here is the doctor's name and hospital. So the question is...
Why does the media say 1976?

I don't suppose now would be a good time to write our Congressmen to look into this.....

They sure look their nose down on email. Maybe congress needs to rethink that.
