Mr. Welch was told by the health professional that helped treat him that it was not agricultural anthrax. He inhaled it and almost died. He finally decided that the only way he could have been exposed was from "mailing envelopes" that appeared to be tampered with. Let's see now:

Several years later, it happens again big time, and the exact same technique, and, there's a Clinton connection in the mix. Ahh, just another one of those several hundred coincidental happenings.
