Germany is progressist. They are enslaved and guided by benefits, flesh pleasure preferences is idealised over things like liberty, and welfare utopia rules. Condoms is one of those things. The fact that it does not stop AIDS is not a concern. Heck, you have adults affected with cretinism, mongoloids and others who have low IQ roaming the streets of Frankfurt as prostitutes as I am typing this right now. Germans do not care. The flesh is cheap there. When you walk there it is worse than the courtyard of Miracles where Jesus healed as described in the New Testament. Frankly, Germany is not militant in all apparence, but Germany has not changed much in its basic white skin preferences perversions. White skin type preference crimes do not exist, but the perversions and the preferences still do exist.
