Is there anyone here who does not believe that the threat of a nuclear strike from Bin laden is no longer a matter of if, but when and where?

From bin Laden I think the where would be NYC or DC. As to the when, that depends entirely upon what steps we are willing to take.

He will do it if he has any opportunity to do so.
