OK, fine. What do you want done? I'd prefer a straight answer as opposed to clouds of scriptural references. Do you want our govt to pass any new laws?

What about those of us who aren't Christians? What do you want from us?

God gave us an infinitely free will. He also is infinitely merciful. Life is answering the essay question God lays out for us regarding these two.

Thank you for your question? Alpowolf, I pray that we as a nation will repent from our wicked ways. I know you hate for me to use scripture but I cannot sum it up any better than II Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

As for people like yourself who are not a Christian, I pray that you will receive Jesus Christ as Your personal Savior and Lord. (I will be praying for you today). I was just like you at one time thought I had all figured out but had a true "emptiness" inside of me about life. Then a friend of mine shared with me how I could have a personal relationship with God. Let me know if would like to find out and I will post how you can know for sure that you are going to heaven and live forever. It is a very reasuring feeling when you know when you die (and there is a 100% chance you will someday) that you know where you will go.
