First, President GW Bush won (those who don't think he did, really need to go back and re-read all the reports on it, all the multitude of re-counts!)..and we thank God he did!!!
He is absolutely without a doubt the best Man for the job!! He understands that a President is a manager. He manages every aspect of our Government. He doesn't micro-manage like Clinton did,.. but rather is pulling together and putting into action the opinions of his managers, and quite effectively at that. He doesn't want or try to take the lime light as Clinton did. He knows those who do the work, deserve the credit.
He gets it!!
I have to disagree he isn't a great speaker. I know a "smooth talker" when I hear one, Clinton was the epitomy of that. But we have a God fearing, intelligent man running our Country. We thank God for that every day in this house. He articulates his plans quite well. I don't know of anyone who has a hard time understanding what he is conveying in his messages, or speeches!!
We travel around the country a lot,.. and people every where are saying "Thank God" he is our leader. "Thank God for the people in his staff". "We feel safe with him at the helm".. etc.
Considering what is happening in our World, considering just the things the PUBLIC knows about, .. (and I can assure you that there is much we DO NOT KNOW) it would be overwhelming it its entirety!! Yet this man handles it calmly and with resolve. There is so much going on in the background,.. so many issues at one time. Yet this man is handling his job and duties superbly. He is just awesome!! History will show us someday, just how awesome a President he truly was/is.
Yes, he will be right up there with President Reagan. In fact, because of the times he is serving under, he may even surpass President Reagan. In the least, he will be his equal.
In this house, we stand beside him. We have NO DOUBT that he is getting this situation right. He said it will take time... and it will.
Only "whimps" will start to back away from what he is trying to accomplish. He has explained it well, and keeps explaining it. Some are such idiots they fail to get it,.. or just don't want to. Sometimes the truth hurts. Some are weak hearted and can't take the truth. America needs to be strong.. needs to show support, be resolute, because it WILL be a long struggle!!!!
He won't compromise our troops, by telling people/the news media, exactly what our plans are. We are thankful for that too!!!

He isn't doing the PC thing, as much as doing what he feels and is advised is best for our Country!!
He speaks BETTER than I had hoped.. he speaks from the heart,... and thats a language that is easy to read no matter what your education level is.
As to President Bush Sr. I would remind those who would post him as one of the top ten worst Presidents, how wrong they are. President Reagan and President Bush were solely responsible for the last 8 years economy. It took both of them collectively, over 12 years to get this economy rolling again. People didn't take into account what he was trying to tell them during the 92 election. "Our economy was recovering".
Clinton could not have "caused" the economy he inherited as was evident by the growth reported in his first three and six months as President. It was the upturn we came to enjoy, and there is no logical way it could be attributed to Clinton. It was too soon!! It was and history will show it was the result of Presidents Reagan and Bush. What we have now,.. is because of Clinton.
Thank God our current President, President Bush, had the insight to mention the economical situation during his election.
We are thankful that people are FINALLY being educated to know that the current budget we are operating off isn't President Bush's budget,... but Clintons!! So Clinton will go down in history as the WORST President in history. He caused our Economic situation,.. from his lack of policy.. and he caused our current situation because of NO FOREIGN POLICY,..and no law enforcement!!! Many many of us here have read up on Afghanistan, Jakarta, Somalia, the Phillipines and other hot spots that have been eroding for many years now. We wrote to the Whitehouse,.. we asked questions. To no avail. So now, because NO ONE was on duty, we are left to live with the results. Thats what happens when you have a President whose more concerned how Hollywood views him, how young women do, than his Peers in the World, or the people of his Country. He had no respect for our Military..and they hated him. Every opportunity was a soundbite,... a chance to smile at camera's. Sickening!!! Yet, we had physical fights going on in our own Whitehouse. He and Hillary physically fought. For years!!! They didn't sleep together. It was only a marraige of power. I know these things for a FACT. I have inside information, and I know what I've said is true. I first heard of these things in 1993.
Those are the facts.. I won't spoon feed people. Look it up for yourselves. But you have the basis for your search, Somalia, Jakarta, Phillipines etc.
Its time for people to be behind our President, President Bush. The most decent President we've had since his father, and since Reagan. And don't give me the crap about his fathers CIA role. In fact, I would wager to say, had we had a stronger CIA Like we did during his fathers time,.. we might have known what was about to happen, and even prevented it (in ways that weren't too pretty, but effective.) Everyone screamed and cried and tried to fry President Reagan (remember Olie North?) when covert operations where revealed. Covert operations protect Americans from situations like 9/11. But the bleeding heart liberals "terrorists have feelings and rights too" group, have done a huge disservice to this country. At the cost of many lives.
I'm done for now, as I realize the length of this post will render it unreadable. But I'm just sick of the blather ... I'd like to see one person truly do the job President Bush is doing any better. I know none could!!!
