What's wrong with them is the upper ranks of the DNC are interested only in power, advancing socialism, and making the bulk of people dependent on government so they can advance their marxist agenda. They do not care if they destroy the economy or get military personnel killed in order to achieve their goals. The bulk of the party is just interested in power, and making the country's people dependent on government is just a means of remaining in power. But most don't even know they are socialists/marxists. They are able to convince themselves that they are not dangerously subversive to a constitutional republic by calling their ideas of mob rule and heavily centralized government planning "democracy."
