You'll need to resize the first photo of Azmath to do a good comparison.
Again, check the hairline and the eyebrows in particular. The ears and the chin don't quite match up. Close, but not 100 percent.

The eyebrows do really seem to be particular to Azmath. They, and the 'pug' nose are what makes Azmath stand out from, say, all the other alleged terrorists' pictures on the FBI web site. Azmath's nose is not beakish or very large and John Doe's is not beakish or very large. Azmath's eyebrows go slightly over his nose and arch just the same as John Doe's do too. If Azmath weighed about 15 or 20 pounds more, he would look even more like John Doe.
All in all the artist who did the sketch was very good at portraying Azmath, especially considering he or she probably never actually saw Azmath.
