Terry Nichol's has the right to appeal the decision if he doesn't like it.
Oh for crying out loud...talk about missing the point. Sheez. We're pissed about the continuing cover-up, not the abuse of Terry Nichols' civil rights (although that is a side issue). He wouldn't have to appeal if the feds would simply let him have his witness.
