A careful reading of Ezekiel 38 and Revelation will show that the attack on Israel from the north corresponds to the post-millenium rebellion recorded in Revelation 20. Ezekiel 38 says Israel will be dwelling at peace in their land with unwalled (unfortified) cities--a millenial condition that has never existed in history.

This is also interesting since Bush is a Methodist, not Catholic or Orthodox. If it is of God, it is a visible vindication of the Protestant, so-called "invisible church" concept of the body of believers -- something which spans the three major divisions of the historical church.
