This e-mail is absolutely despicable, especially coming from someone who should be an advocate for the First Amendment. It is emblematic of how liberals tend to be the first to trounce upon the US Constitution.

What is really despicable is how many liberals and Conservatives, democraps and Republicans continue to butcher the First Amendment and the U.S. Constitution. Let me repeat this again: THE FIRST AMENDMENT ONLY APPLIES TO THE EFFORTS OF FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO CONTROL OR RESTRICT SPEECH. Hillary.com has the right to control speech on its web site just as I, as a private employer, have the right to control speech within my place of business, and JimRob has the absolute right to regulate speech on this web site. GET IT???

You missed the point, dopey, despite all your capital letters and redundant puctuation.

She threatened to sue (in a government court, presumably) to get Neil Bortz to remove the picture from his website.

She was threatening him with an effort to RESTRICT HIS 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHTS. That's what's despicable.

GET IT????

Hillary.com has the right to control speech on its web site

Hillary.com is demanding Boortz take down a picture off of HIS site, because people are linking to it at the Hillary.com forums. She can stop people from posting it, but she can't demand Mr. Boortz take it off HIS own site.

Except that Hillary.com is attempting to intimidate another site into removing its speech. It can remove all the Hildebeasts it wants from its own site. I have no problem there. The free speech issue arises outof its attempt to restrict others.

It would be akin to JimRob telling me I can't post certain info on my personal website because others were lifting it and putting it on FR.

Also, presumably, Hillary.com is a quasi-public site in that it is an advocate for a US Senator.
