The PROMIS software was one of the reasons bin Laden went to the 'underground' banking. The Mossad grabbed PROMIS and modified it to their own needs so fast, it was amazing. Orlin Grabbe's articles maintain that the Mossad was seen with Vince Foster walking into his apartment on the day of his death.
If that's so, the Israelis are now in control of law enforcement for the world. Personally, I think Ariel Sharon is a nut; so this can't be a good thing.
