Counting undervotes and overvotes is bogus. Can not be done accurately. Also not accurately included is the tally of people who voted illegally (felons, aliens, double votes, etc.).
It was the "will of the people" versus the "Will of God".

Ummmmm...okay. Gore topped Bush of all the UNDER/OVER votes were counted. Thats great. I care. But we don't count UNDER/OVER votes in the United States of America. And you know why? Because they are under and over votes. Its not rocket science. Get over it liberals.

The ballot designers should add the option "NO" to each category, so voters can vote "no" instead of punching zero or all of the holes when they can't decide. That way, the media won't have to force the "undervotes" or "overvotes" to be counted as [insert democratic candidate].
