I tend to agree.

I wish our plank would just say it is a states right and zero public funding, regardless.

Don't need to, actually. We Libertarians (in theory) oppose initiating force and fraud. The only reason abortionists are still in their butcher business is that abortionists are largely given passes on the crimes and malpractice they commit. If they were prosecuted for the other crimes they commit (and they're vicious predators -- they can't help but commit other crimes) and they were punished for their malpractice (and they're incompetent ass maggots -- they can't help but hurt the 'wrong' patient) then they'd be out of business.
