I'm not sure how they did it, but that's THE best picture of Chelsea I've ever seen. The makeup is soft and flattering. (I think the eyeliner pulls it together.)

I agree with you that this photo of her is the most attractive Chelsea I've ever seen. That is not to say, however, that she is attractive.
