Graham's hospitals and humanitarian organizations have been attacked and bombed many times in the Sudan. He feels the pain of losing loved ones just like those in the 'Twin Towers Terror'. Should the peace-loving members of Islam not deal appropriately with the 'terrorists' in their midst, they are aiding and abetting, and their cry for 'Peace! Peace!' rings hollow in comparisons to their deeds.

These statements are NOT contradictory. The god of Islam is NOT the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Billy Graham does NOT preach the god of tolerance. He preaches the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - the Triune God who DOES love the Muslim, the Buddist, the Hindu, the pagans in the jungle, the aetheist, and every one of us. Jesus died for the sins of us all. All we have to do is accept His sacrifice.

Nothing else can save us - not praying 5 times a day, not making a pilgrimage to Mecca, not all the good works in the world.

Franklin Graham speaks the truth. As the Bible says, "The truth will set you free."

I don't think Franklin Graham is properly classified as a "whacked-out fundie Christian." He does more to help people around the world each year than most people do in a lifetime ..... and his faith and beliefs are mainstream ..... and Biblical.

I've never known Billy Graham's message to be one of tolerance. After all, tolerance is such a low standard and certainly not what Christ taught for His followers.
