Both Clinton's are insulated. It is the established norm not to 'prosecute' former high government officials regardless of party or crime. High government office has become today's sanctuary for political criminals.
As long as we are saddled with a two party system that enables both to take turns pillaging and plundering then we might as well get used to seeing these political criminals enjoy the fruits of their actions.
