I love e-bay. Have had only 2 bad experiences where I have been trying to get my money back for 6 months from Sellers who never sent the product to me. But in most cases, I have been very satisfied with products I purchased. I haven't used the tool thing that much yet; but I am not sure I like that checkout. You are right; it doesn't have all of the information and I can get from the Seller easier and faster. I do like the e-bay alert, however; but didn't know what it was first time. Thought it was some annoying pop-up and got outbid minutes before auction ended.
