I had already purchased 12 copies for Christmas gifts. I just happened to notice that BKO's book was not anywhere to be found in that particualr B&N. An outrage! I complained.

I avoid Amazon, and buy ALL my books from booksamillion.com........they have prompt delivery and often are a bit less expensive than Amazon. They even have their phone number right up top so you can get help.
