I don't think Bush's strategy has that many steps. Here's what I think the strategy is.

1. Demand Saddam allow weapons inspectors back in.
2. After Saddam refuses, bomb the h*ll out of him.

Good ideas but Saddam will not allow inspectors back into the country in any case. Dubya won't fool around either. We will bomb the Iraqi military into oblivion. Once they are gone Saddam will fall. Bet on it.

Remember, this was a force that did not allow its troops to be issued white underwear for fear they would make surrender flags, and whose men gave up en masse once the fighting started.

Hilarious. I do not remember this but I'm sure it happened. Need we fear a military that prohibits white underwear lest they use it as surrender flags? I think not. What an unworthy enemy!
