Bill is a strict constitutionalist. He opposes embryonic stem cell research, opposes McCain/Feingold, opposes Ted Kennedy's Patients Bill of Rights, opposes federalizing airline security and when asked which of our civil liberties Americans must give up for our security, Bill responds "Zero."

I would like to see Harkin out of Iowa. As an Iowan (now living in California) Harkin is an embarrassment. He was one of the great Clinton protectors on tv. It was disgusting.
