Its when exclusivity controls politics or human rights

You mean like in Saudi Arabia and all other Muslim countries?

If you buy into

fictions like bible(old/new), koran etc... then there are all sorts of holy lands

for example Kansas is holy land for W.O.Oz sect

otherewise

there is no such thing as holy land

There is a mosaic in Jordan called the Madaba Map which gives the most accurate layout known of Israel and Jerusalem in the Byzantine years. The map of Jerusalem clearly shows the Church of St. Mary to be removed from the Temple Mount

Irrelevant because Madaba map is of C6 Jerusalem and Temple Mount Church of St. Mary was late C3 - over 200 years earlier.

El Aksa allegedly built 20 years after Dome of Rock yet entirely different construction. Dome of Rock has wood framework with tiled facade - El Aksa is all stone beause it had already been there as a Church when the Muslims conquered Jerusalem and probably someting else again (storehouse or granery) previously during Roman period.

The Romans destroyed the Second Temple in 70 AD and it was long gone by the time the Muslims built the Dome of the Rock in its place.

Why do you think the Muslims picked the Temple Mount to build their third holiest site if it had not been considered a sacred site for well over 2000 years beforehand.

The first Temple ("Solomon's") was destroyed a thousand years earlier. What point you are trying to make?
