Actually, the gov't they have now is probably the best possible. Pakistanis are among the most radical of all Muslims (in general) and the last government was incredibly corrupt.

The PM's husband was called Mr. 10% because of his tendency to take bribes and was charged with the murder of his brother-in-law.

Only according to the current equally corrupt government.
BTW corruption != terrorism. Indian politicians are more corrupt. In India you will probably find “Mr 20%” and maybe not just one.
