I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married, I'm so glad I'm married.

Maybe so...but I challenge any man to go to Savannah, stand on the corner of Bull and Broughton, and shout: "I'm not married!" (I cannot be responsible for what might happen next.)

Most male clients make upwards of $250,000 a year. Nice guy, but broke? "Don't bother," says Ms. Spindel.

Sounds like a punch line to an old joke:

"Now that we have established your profession, we are merely haggling about price."

What is "Broke", $249,000?

Interesting, but smacks of wishful thinking. Factor in the number of gay men, the cultural freedom of a man to choose "up" (in age or status) or "down"...I'm not buying this shortage story.

Silver anniversary this year! But worried about lovely daughter's future prospects in a world much changed...

Women complain about their biological clocks going off in their late 30s. What they don't realize is that men's biological clocks started going off full-blast at the onset of puberty, and the cacophony doesn't stop.

Notice most of those interviewed live in California. 'Nuff said. They need to come to the Midwest.

I wondered how long it would take before someone made that point!
There's something screwy about a guy who doesn't start looking for a mate until after he's 35.
Oops. Wait a minute. Let me break out the flame suit...
There. That's better.

Within nine years, there will be one woman 30 to 34 for every two men 35 to 44, according to one set of projections by the U.S. Census.

Well, duh. Of course there will be one woman 30 to 34 for every two men 35 to 44. The age range for women in this sentence is 5 years, while the age range for men is 10 years. Shocking! There's still approximately one woman to one man throughout the world, except for China (slight surplus of men) and Russia (slight surplus of women). Dating services know that men are more likely than women to join and to aggressively pursue the opposite sex, which means that women will get a lot more email than men, and that more men will join than women.

30 percent of the women below 29 have been murdered in their mothers womb. That puts a pretty big chunk in the numbers.

This article might as well have said "Hey wku man, your chances are getting slimmer". Maybe I'm destined to die a bachelor, but I just can't meet women with the morals and values I want my future wife to have. Like the old Ian Hunter song said, "All the good ones are taken."

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

I have two nephews..ages 30 and 27 and they aren't even seeing anyone steady. I am amazed but men are not getting married for all the reasons in the article. You are also seeing for the first time, the direct result of legalized abortion. If they can't be born, they can't grow up. Hmmmmmmmmmm.

Bachelors never know how good they have it until they get married. Married men don't know how good they have it until they get divorced!
