agree with you, but mostly am pleased the group will continue. The headline on this thread was misleading. A change in the name isn't that important but preservation of those great warbirds is, IMHO.

Yes the group will continue, but the sad fact is they had to capitulate to a few who won't stop until they have successfully altered anything or any group which they find offensive..........It's the principle of the whole thing that should count!!

Just an after thought: How many people would concede to having their names changed merely because someone didn't like the sound of it or the ethnic background it might possibly represent or that it may just offfend someone? I think NOT!! But then, after all, we'd still be allowed to function...........
