Thank you friends for all the input, I’m indeed grateful (and checking all links).

I should have specified that I’m not a “chartist” but do like to have local data to track my own trades and make notes on the market emotions as I read / guess them.

I’m a traditional investor who follows those tried and true scenarios as laid out by Michael C. Thomsett, “Mastering Fundamental Analysis”; “Mastering Technical Analysis.”

I use TradeTrakker, a handy utility that updates quotes (20 minute delay) for free, offers portfolios, alarm settings and all the note making abilities. I can recommend it. I subscribe to Value Line and very rarely make a move without their “consent.”

Didn’t mean to start any in house flaming, and again my thanks to all of you.
