Yes, the idea would be to limit Israeli activities in the West bank, and the interaction between Israelis and Palestinians at any time, or anywhere. Most of the settlements would have to be abandoned. But the Arabs will not be happy, because all of Jerusalem and suburban Jewish settlement areas would be within the seal, as well perhaps as a bit more along the 1967 border where desirable for security. The Arabs within East Jerusalem would become Israeli citizens if they chose to say.

Nor will they ever be. If you filter out the arabs from the Jewish communities, the jewish become 'pure' targets. Integration is essential.

The problem is multiplied. Jerusalem will not be ceded to the Arabs. You can't isolate Jerusalem from terrorism infiltration. Moreover, the presumption is the settlement issue can be solved simply by vacating the settlements. In other words, another removal of Jews from their homes and businesses because of the Arabs with a solution which cannot secure isolation and the removal of terrorism no matter what. Israel is expected to unilaterally enact these processes but you can be sure most Palestinians and all the Arab Islamic States would not be satisfied.

Well you just shot your plan in the foot, didn't you?

Also noted, you want a total seal for Palestinians into Israeli areas, but 'limited' access to Israelis in the Palestinian areas. Please tell me WHO would be defining 'limited'. Yeah, I thought so.
