Well, F16, my point is that ALL countries spy on all other countries, even allies. Just because there hasn't been a scandal with England and their spies doesn't mean there aren't any.
The term "spying" in a military or informational context connotes a concerted effort through subterfuge, stealth, or secrecy to steal or gather information that may be useful or helpful against an
antagonistic first party.
With all due respect, I just don't see that same situation within the benevolent allied sphere of Canada/England/U.S...007 rooting around Washington? Naaah...
