...It was a CLEAR Victory for John Wayne-Honest BOB DORNAN as he had to go head to head with the mad screaming lesbian ELLEN RATNER and FoX News Hostess LINDA VESTOR trying to over talk whatever Truth he had to tell the American People. DIDN'T WORK. Worst performance by ELLEN RATNER I've ever seen. I'm just dying to find out what went on in that FoX Green Room before that War on Terrorism Show.

KPLS was airing Bob Dornan from 1-4 p.m. PST until about three weeks ago. He apparently wasn't pulling down the ratings. Unfortunately, neither, apparently, was Neal Boortz, whom they were airing in the 10-1 p.m. slot, then cut back to running from 10-12 noon when they brought George Putnam back to radio with his hour-long noon-to-one comments and calls. They are now airing Laura Ingraham's show in the 9 a.m.-12 noon slot. I like Laura Ingraham and can live without Rasping Robert, but I'm more than a little peeved that Boortz was yanked. He was my second favourite talk host behind Larry Elder. Ah, well...reality bites, sometimes...if anything, I would sooner call KPLS to get them to return Neal Boortz. I don't need to know when Larry Klayman plans to sue the reflection in his mirror, and I'm not exactly missing Dornan, either. Boortz, however, is a jewel.

Interesting. It almost figures about the station manager, too. I'm still not a fan of Dornan and, besides, Larry Elder was fanning Jesse Jockstrap's behind over the Toyota business well enough before Dornan hipped up to it. I like Laura Ingraham in daytime, though, since in the evening I occupy myself with my writing (I am working on my first book) and with music, old movies, or, in season, baseball games and I like the way she handles things. Plus, she has something Dornan assuredly lacks: a sense of humour. And God only knows we need to laugh if only like Figaro, that we might not weep.
