Sorry. I recommend you consult any Bible dictionary or encyclopedia. These were distinct ethnic groups. They spoke distinct, often unrelated languages and were often originally from distant locations.
They are catalogued by the prophet in a list of Israel's enemies. A similar list for the US in WWII would have included Germany, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia and Japan. Such a listing did not make all these "a single people."
