Simple. Make a joke out of it at every opportunity and make a laughingstock out of anybody who subcribes to it, kowtows to it, or utters anything with the stench of it. Relentlessly and mercilessly.

Well for starters I would never, ever, concede anything, no matter how trivial. Then I would sanction anyone on my side that does.
