My lining? I'm not sure what you mean. As far as being ashamed, you're breaking my heart. This is a private citizen engaged in a legal behavior - printing it is tabloid trash at its worst. Conservatives should have more class than that.

If I recall, when GW Bush was younger, he liked to have a good time and he liked to drink too. Besides, since when was drinking a lot and have a good time illegal. It's not like she committed perjery, bribery, witness intimidation, possibly blackmail, tax evasion, insider trading, s&l fraud, commodity insider trading, campaign fraud, campaign funding abuse and lawbreaking, illegal use and reuse of govt. property, selling state secrets, obstruction of justice, destroying evidence or treason like her mom and dad has done.

Well, the old apple does not fall far from the tree.Here we have a classic dysfuntional family full of denial.A family history of substance abuse.Hillary an enabler for Bills piccadillos.It is no wonder that Chelsea, either to try to deal with her anger or just numb the pain would turn to this as soon as she gets out of the nest.I do hope she seeks treatment soon if this be the case.Perhaps save her life in so doing.Another sad chapter in the Clinton legacy.

I will be curious to see if the mainline papers pick this up as they did the story on Jenna Bush.I kind of doubt it. But we shall see.

The funny thing about this situation is that, unlike the National Enquirer which has reportedly been associated with Clinton lawyer David Kendall, the British tabloid press is completely unrestrained. There have been rumors of Chelsea's drinking binges in the past but they have largely been suppressed in America's press. I think that the British tabloids have a "take no prisoners" mentality and aren't likely to cut her any slack; in fact, consider the drubbing they've given the British royals, Clinton should expect no different treatment.

In the middle of the Lewinski scandal, arguing with one of the demonRATS, I, honestly, expressed my sorry about Chelsea's feelings at that time and her future, and suggested that she would better commit suicide.
Bush's girls drank for fun, Chelseabeast is drinking of frustration, shame and bitterness of her situation being the offspring of the disgraced scums that'll be with her all her life. Biiig difference!
