Was it not the Weimar Republic that instituted gun control with the Nazi'z using it to their advantage? Yes it was, which is a good reminder to us all that it is not a good idea to give up the RTKBA, even when the landscape seems so safe from tyrrany. Governments change! "It" can happen ANYWHERE.
