Hardly. Whatever King's vices of the flesh, they paled before his vices of the mind and spirit. He was a very successful revolutionary. In his assault on the American tradition, he, and those he worked with, managed to bring together many rival factions on the far left, in one monolithic movement. To those who had not followed the machinations of the Left, that March On Washington may have looked like a vast spontaneous outpouring. But to those who knew who was who, it represented the most successful rallying of the various factions of the Far Left ever seen in America.

They all used King as a rallying point; and he was perfectly happy to be so used. It should surprise no one that his family, lacking his charisma to play the same role, would still find a practical way to cash in on it.

How accurate you are. Too bad this individual is regarded by many as some sort of hero. The real truth about him is totally suppressed.
