Surely they have a website. I would imagine it's all in how you write your proposal. Drone on, in an enlightened hard-left manner, for a few pages about your planned use of shock imagery to to expose the hypocrisy of the patriarchal "anti-choice" movement, throw in some good bits about "use of archetypal fetal form" and the negative influence of religion on personal freedom, list all your projected expenses (the more the better, I imagine), and you'll probably be good to go.
