A GERMAN judge is suing the makers of Mars bars and Snickers for allegedly causing his diabetes.
Judge Hans Josef Brinkmann (45) told Moenchengladbach State Court he was diagnosed with diabetes in 1998 following a four year binge eating Mars products, brought on by stress. Lawyers for the German subsidiary of Mars pointed to the plaintiff's chronic weight problem - he was over 18 stones when diagnosed - as a more likely cause.

diagnosed with diabetes in 1998 following a four year binge eating Mars products, brought on by stress. The dumbass states that Mars bars were simply the means, not the cause. So why doesn't the heftermeister sue whomever caused him stress?

Herr Avoirdupois should learn to push himself away from the table before he can't fit on the bench.

Tipical "Something for Nothing" crowd....If I sue enough someone will settle out of court....I really need the money and they have plenty! Besides, it's just not fair that have so much and I don't!
