Maybe, but I wouldn't do it any other way. If somebody makes a fag comment to me in the office, I am not going just slink away. I'm not saying that you should scream at them or get violent, but if somebody makes an under-their-breath comment, you have the right to ask them firmly if there is a problem. If you slink away and complain to the boss or go to the EEO office, you're just inviting more abuse.

I agree - I will never slink away from anything. Some people just aren't as pig-headed as I am. And I won't find fault with them.
