Either allow ALL religeons access to the schools (Islamic, Buddist, Satanic, Christian, Jewish, etc, etc) or allow none. Freedom of religeon not only allows believers to worship as they see fit (legally, and as long as they do not hurt someone else), it protects those who do not believe in a particular religeon, the protection of not being forced to participate in a religeous belief different from their own.
